About Me

I am a New York State licensed and insured massage therapist and licensed esthetician, with a clinical and hands-on approach grounded in both Eastern and Western therapeutic traditions.

My foundation in massage therapy was established at the New York College of Health Professions, followed by ongoing advanced training in therapeutic bodywork, manual lymphatic drainage (Vodder technique), prenatal massage, medical massage, assisted stretch therapy, and specialized manual techniques.

Each session is therapist-led and guided by hands-on assessment.

my work is shaped by touch, structural awareness, and professional judgment, allowing treatments to be fully customized to the individual.

My background also includes esthetics, skin revision therapy, yoga instruction, meditation, and energy-based practices, which inform a calm, trauma-informed, and regulation-focused approach—while remaining evidence-based and clinically responsible.

I have experience working in collaborative clinical settings alongside physical therapists, acupuncturists, and medical professionals, providing integrated care tailored to each client’s needs.
